I grew up in Saint-Raphaël, then spent years in London before returning to invest in properties along the Esterel coast. Renovating, building and managing our own villas here gave us a direct view of what was missing: a coordination and property care service built by people who have been through it themselves — not an estate agency, not a generic concierge.

We have experienced first-hand every source of difficulty an absent owner faces — unreliable contractors, administrative complexity, the anxiety of not knowing what is happening at your property. That field experience, from our first renovations through to active rental management, is the foundation of everything we do.
